The major shareholder and CEO, who founded Fairful Investments in 2007 and has been working to grow the business to greater heights both in crop production and animal husbandry. He currently employs 20 permanent staff members and 139 casual workers.

Godwin Mawire Kondo Consultant

Godwin is a seasoned agricultural professional with a career spanning over three decades, having begun his journey in 1994. He brings extensive hands-on experience in animal husbandry and general agriculture, underpinned by strong technical knowledge and a deep understanding of sustainable farming practices.
